6-Week Writing Workshop
Every Thursday from April 24 – May 29, 2008 Sandi Plewis will conduct an
in-depth Writing Workshop from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at The Village
Bookshop. These sessions will allow the student the
techniques and guidance necessary to complete a short story by the
final class. Your registration fee of $125.00 is due at The
Village Bookshop by April 10, 2008. |

Dennis Bock Writers’ Workshop
Refine your writing skills and learn from an award-winning Canadian author.
Dennis Bock, author of The Ash Garden,
Olympia and The Communist’s Daughter, will
be in Bayfield from June 2nd to June 6th conducting a
writers’ workshop. Sessions will run for 5 mornings, leaving your
afternoons and evenings free for gathering inspiration from the
surrounding splendour. Participants will submit up to 20 pages by
May 21st in anticipation of the workshop. For
