I am writing about a book by Stephanie Peters, called The Extreme Team (The Wild Ride). The main characters in this book are Jonas Malloy, Mr.Malloy (Jonas's father) Alison, X, Bizz, Mark and Savannah.

Jonas Malloy can't wait for his first mountain bike ride of the season. But the trails are blocked by fallen trees and other obstacles, and they're not safe yet for riders. Jonas Malloy is more than willing to help clear the trails. He even organizes a crew for clean-up day. But before that happens, Jonas Malloy finds himself alone and biking past the trail entrance.

This book is part of a series and the other names of the books are One Smooth Move, Day Of the Dragon, Roller Hockey Rumble, On Thin Ice, Rock On, Into the Danger, and finally, Wild Ride.

This book is for ages 7-9, so it's probably intended for grade 2 to grade 4 students.

I ranked this book out of 10 and I ranked it 8 out of 10.
