The book I am reviewing is Sons of Destiny by Darren Shan. It is the twelfth and last book of the Cirque du Freak series. In this book Darren has to decide to either kill or be killed by the evil vampaneze lord. The survivor will become the Lord of the Shadows and lead his army to victory. In this book Darren's old friend Debbie has put together a band of homeless people to face the evil vampets. Darren and Vancha go into an abondoned stadium to meet their foe Steve Leopard.

If you like the Cirque du Freak series, check this one out. if you aren't reading this series you should think about starting. There is no bad thing about this book except I was disappointed that it has ended. I give this book a 10/10 stars rating. When you have read this series check out the new Demonta series, also written by Darren Shan.

This series is recommended for ages 11+.
